My work is to empower women in their path to leadership. Female leadership means that women recognise their own capacity to lead themselves on their path, where they learn to make choices in their lives so others respect their leadership and are not scared to follow them, regardless of the gender. In this way relationships are based on trust & respect, and people receive and give on an equal basis. 
It has become my mission to help other women in this path. I use methods based on creativity, where your passions are hidden and need.
