I want to change the world is a conducted a half an hour monologue, using speech as an act, video, participation from the audience and presentation methods inspired by Ted Ex talks, Spin doctor-techniques in combination with ideas of the epic theatre of Brecht, engaging the audience in the work process.

The presentation stressed the socio political situation of Turkey in relation to freedom of the press analyzing the newspapers and the role of men and women in society. In this presentation Marieke Warmelink finds answers to the question how she can change the world. The presentation can be seen as a ‘living and moving-collage’ simplifying a complex current political situation to the structure, symbolism and meaning of patterns and showing the relationship between these different elements.
